Chateau Du Breuil 12 Year Old Calvados Apple Brandy 700ml
A 12-year-old Calvados from Château du Breuil, found at the centre of Calvados country, in Normandy. The spirit is produced using Pays d’Auge cider apples, and distilled twice in pot stills, creating a purer spirit. After this, the Calvados is aged for 12 years in French oak casks. The result is well-balanced Calvados, with a good level of fruity, apple-y acidity, and plenty of fragrant notes of vanilla, toffee, pressed flowers, oak, coconut, lemon rind and dried fruits.
